As peer mediators we take on a roll of walking around with a watchful eye solving peoples problems during lunch. We have had to take at least three training’s and will have to be watched by a teacher for our first two or three days before we step up to the huge responsibility. V.A.S peer mediators are trying to make your playgrounds a better place and a safer place. To achieve our goal we have to be a good listener use special tactics and be a fair and good person and we most certainly can’t take sides or only hear one side of the story.
