The V.A.S peer mediators walk around in groups of two or three. They are year six and they have to solve problem’s in the playground or on the field. there are about 30 of them. they all had to train for about 5 weeks on Monday lunch times for 15 minutes. there are 4 simple rules to peer mediation. 1.don’t interrupt 2.no put downs or name calling 3. one speaker at a time. So the V.A.S has safe and sound playgrounds.
